This service provides the installation and configuration of selected freeware Anti Spyware and / or Anti Virus malware software removal tools.

Allocated time for this service is 2.0Hrs. Some virus detection or spyware detection scans may require additional time charged at $30 per 30 minutes.

Digital camera, scanner or web-cam software installation service - from $60.00 inc GST

This service provides the installation and set-up of drivers and software utilities accompanying periphials such as digital cameras, scanners or web-cams. At completion the user receives a demonstration on basic use of interface and peripherial.

Allocated time for this service is 1.0Hrs. Some installation may require additional time, charged at $30 per 30 minutes.

A person who is over 18 years of age must be in attendance at time of the on-site installation.

If further assistance is required then the Customer may purchase additional time from Local IT Support, charged out at 30 minute increments @ $30.
