A client discovers several recently purchased notebooks to be performing poorly. During an audit, it is discovered that only 1GB of ram was fitted to the notebooks. Local IT support recommends a minimum of 3GB of ram in total a) for Vista and Windows 7 to perform adequately and b) to increase battery performance.
